Todd graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Business and has accumulated over 15 years of experience in the banking and finance industry.
He possesses firsthand experience with Iowa's budget, finance, and procurement systems, gained during his tenure as the Chief Financial Officer of the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
Todd is also a licensed real estate agent and, alongside Diane, has successfully owned and operated a small business for over two decades.
